abstract In the present invention, a layered nonwoven fabric composed of a nonwoven fabric fabric made of hygroscopic fibers and a water repellent nonwoven fabric laminated on one surface or both surfaces of the fabric, wherein the water repellent nonwoven fabric comprises a nonwoven fabric fabric made of non-hygroscopic fibers subjected to plasma treatment under a fluorine molecular gas, Water repellent nonwoven fabric laminate characterized in that a fluorine coating is formed on the surface fibers. The hygroscopic-water repellent nonwoven fabric laminate according to the present invention can reduce the shrinkage of the hygroscopic fiber due to repeated moisture absorption-drying while maintaining the hygroscopic nature inherent to the hygroscopic fiber. In addition, since the surface of the non-woven fabric laminate of the present invention has a fluorine coating on the surface thereof, the surface of the non-woven fabric has water repellency and the water contact angle of the surface of the non-woven table is increased. As a result, the moisture absorption rate of the hygroscopic material can be retarded while maintaining the hygroscopicity of the hygroscopic fiber. The retardation of the moisture absorption rate is a practical advantage in that, when a large amount of water directly contacts the surface of the moisture absorption / water repellent nonwoven fabric laminate, the moisture absorption rate is delayed, for example, moisture that is formed in a water droplet state on the surface can be removed .
