abstract The present invention provides a plant double-hybrid system using DNA-binding domain and transcriptional activation domain of anthocyanin biosynthesis-regulated IbMYB1 transcription factor and provides a method for detecting protein interactions in plants and a detection kit. The plant dual-hybrid system according to the present invention can be easily and accurately visualized through the expression of anthocyanin pigment, so that it can be very usefully used for confirming protein interactions in plants, particularly protein binding.
