According to the present invention, at least 80% by weight of Rg3 group jinnenoside and Rg2 group jinnenoside can be obtained. The Rg3 group ginsenoside produced by the present invention is highly suitable for the prevention or treatment of metabolic diseases, particularly obesity, diabetes and diabetic complications, and exerts excellent in vivo efficacy. The Rg3 group ginsenoside produced by the present invention exerts excellent in vivo efficacy against various diabetic complications and is very effective in relieving the symptoms of diabetic patients in the early, middle, and late stages of diabetes. |
