Since the DNA fragment according to the present invention is added to the upstream of the target protein to produce a recombinant vector, the plant transformed with the recombinant vector can improve translation of the target protein and induce targeting to a specific site in the plant, So that the target protein can be produced in large quantities from the plant. |
