abstract | The present invention provides a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition and a surface protective film having excellent antistatic performance, excellent balance of adhesive force at low speed peeling speed and high speed peeling speed, and excellent durability and rework performance. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention comprises (A) a (meth) acrylic acid ester monomer having an alkyl group of C4 to C10, (B) a copolymerizable monomer containing a hydroxyl group, (C) a copolymerizable monomer containing a carboxyl group (D) a polyalkylene glycol mono (meth) acrylate monomer, (E) an isocyanate compound having three or more functional groups, (F) a crosslinking retarder, (G) H) an antistatic agent and (I) a polyether-modified siloxane compound, wherein the acid value of the acryl-based polymer is from 0.01 to 8.0. |
