abstract |
A solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. A solar cell module includes a substrate and a plurality of solar cells disposed on the substrate, the solar cell including a first electrode, a second electrode, and a photoactive layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, At least a portion of the two electrodes is located on the photoactive layer of the neighboring solar cell, and the conductive channel is located between the second electrode and the first electrode of the neighboring solar cell. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a solar cell module having a structure in which a thin film is formed on all layers except the electrodes. Further, it is possible to provide a solar cell module with an improved module efficiency by increasing the active region of each solar cell. |
