titleOfInvention | A marker comprising anti-ATIC autoantibodies and a composition comprising antigen thereof for diagnosing liver cancer |
abstract | The present invention relates to a composition for diagnosing liver cancer comprising an autoantibody specifically binding to ATIC or a fragment containing an antigen-binding site (paratope) thereof and an agent for measuring the expression level of the fragment, A hybridoma cell line producing the autoimmune antibody, a liver cancer diagnostic kit containing the composition, a method of providing information for diagnosis of liver cancer using the composition, and a screening method of a therapeutic agent for liver cancer using the autoimmune antibody. When the anti-AIC specific autoimmune antibody of the present invention is used as a liver cancer diagnostic marker, non-invasive biological samples such as blood, plasma, serum, and lymphatic fluid are used to detect about 87% sensitivity and about 88% And can easily diagnose liver cancer using only the amino acid sequence identified in the present invention, which is effective in developing a kit for the diagnosis of liver cancer. |
