abstract The present invention relates to a process capable of maximizing productivity of fibrinolytic enzymes by changing the pH and temperature of a medium at a certain time in the course of culturing Escherichia coli A-53 in an environment suitable for growth. The present invention provides an optimal condition for producing a fibrinolytic enzyme using the Escherichia coli A-53 strain, and thus the production of the fibrinolytic enzyme is improved to 2.12 times. Meanwhile, the present invention is an improved liquid cultivation process for the production of fibrinolytic enzymes, and is advantageous in that it is an economical process that does not require additional apparatus for application to a mass production process.
