titleOfInvention | A Bio Probe for Detecting Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus and Method for Diagnosing PRRSV Using the Same |
abstract | (A) a nanomaterial; (b) an antibody that specifically binds to an antigen of a porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus covalently linked to the surface of the nanomaterial; And (c) a glass fiber as a solid substrate having its surface modified with the nanomaterial to which the antibody is bound, for detecting porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus. The present invention provides a method for diagnosing respiratory syndrome virus in a porcine reproductive tract using the above-mentioned bio-probe. According to the present invention, it is possible to quickly detect the presence or infection of a porcine reproductive-respiratory syndrome virus within 10 minutes using a small amount of a sample. |
