Explaining more specifically, provided is a film which has excellent water vapor permeability and resistance to water penetration, exhibits excellent biodegradable properties, and has no swelling problems by moisture absorption by manufacturing a film in an optimal method using a resin for a film composed of an optimal composition; and composition rate using a vegetable biomass derived polyurethane resin. |
