abstract | The present invention relates to a composition for intestinal health and a method for preparing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition for intestinal health and a method for preparing the same, the composition being prepared by mixing intestinal beneficial bacteria Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Bifidobacterium bifidum in a live state with tomato dietary fiber which is processed by enzymatically treating tomato cake including seeds resulting from processing tomato juice by use of viscozyme-L. According to the present invention, the delivery of intestinal beneficial bacteria into the intestine is enhanced, and also, there are effects of facilitating attachment of beneficial bacteria to intestinal cells and inhibiting attachment of harmful bacteria. |
