The method for manufacturing a hot-rolled steel sheet having excellent surface characteristics according to the present invention comprises 0.001 to 0.010% of carbon (C), 0.05 to 0.3% of manganese (Mn), 0.001 to 0.020% of phosphorus (P) % Of boron (B), 0.01 to 0.05% of cobalt (Co), 0.01 to 0.05% of vanadium (V), 0.01 to 0.07% of aluminum (Al), 0.001 to 0.004% 0.05%, and the remainder is subjected to surface treatment such that the deformed ferrite structure occupies 3 to 10% in the thickness direction of the hot-rolled steel sheet made of steel containing iron (Fe) and other unavoidable impurities. |
