abstract In the method of transferring a graphene thin film, a graphene thin film is formed on a metal foil, and a preliminary thermoplastic adhesive layer is formed on the graphene thin film. Thereafter, the preliminary thermoplastic adhesive layer is melted to bring the graphene thin film into contact with the preliminary thermoplastic adhesive layer, and the preliminary thermoplastic adhesive layer is cured to form a thermoplastic adhesive layer having the graphene thin film attached thereto. Thereafter, the graphene thin film and the thermoplastic adhesive layer are physically separated from the metal foil, and the graphene thin film is transferred to a target substrate.
