abstract BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a base structure for a deck rod for easily and safely installing a deck plate and a column of a safety guardrail in a deck road system installed on a promenade or a park. The foundation structure of the present invention has a component to which a support member for supporting a load on an inverted pyramidal pile member is coupled and a lower fixation member provided with a first fastener is coupled thereto. Further, a column member is provided on the lower fixing member, and an upper fixing member is coupled to the column member. The upper fixing member is provided with the second fastening member so that the column member is firmly held between the lower fixing member and the upper fixing member It becomes fixed. A fixing member is provided on the upper fixing member to fix the yoke of the deck plate, and a railing pillar fixing member having a third fastening member for fixing the railing pillar is provided on the deck plate. Therefore, when the base structure of the present invention is used, it is possible to assemble the deck plate and the column portion of the railing very easily, thereby greatly improving the workability of the deck load system.
