titleOfInvention | Iodine seed for treatment of eye disease and cancer, and the method for preparation thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a technique for adsorbing I-125 on a support for treating cancer and a method for producing I-125 seeds using the same, and a method for producing iodine according to the present invention is characterized in that a phosphate-based (PO 4 - ), oxalate- (I-125) substitution with an intermediate introduced with a chlorine anion (Cl < ">) which has been previously used by using an intermediate introduced with an anion (C 2 O 4 2- ) or an inorganic acid salt (AsO 4 3- ) The effect is three to five times better. This effect can control the amount of radioactivity in the manufacture of iodine seeds, and iodine seeds can be produced in a shorter time. In addition, as a result of the excellent adsorption amount, the amount of residual radioactive iodine in the solution can be reduced to reduce the amount of the radioactive iodine (I-125), which is advantageous in environmental aspects. |
