titleOfInvention Method of removing acid gas by pretreatment of ammonia solution for saving energy
abstract The present invention relates to an energy-saving acid gas removing method by pretreatment with ammonia water, and more particularly, to an acid gas removing method using an acid gas contained in a gas source selected from natural gas, pre-combustion gas, post- (Step 1) of introducing the gas source as a first absorbent into a first absorption tower containing ammonia water to treat the first absorption tower; And a step (2) of introducing the upper exhaust gas of the absorption tower into the second absorption tower (second step), and a method for removing the acid gas by energy-saving through pretreatment with ammonia water. Therefore, according to the method for removing acidic gas by energy reduction by pretreatment with ammonia water of the present invention, most of carbon dioxide is removed in advance by ammonia water pretreatment, and energy is saved because waste heat generated in the process is used. In addition, the ammonia water can be reused through the concentration tower. Since the inorganic sulfur compounds and the organic sulfur compounds in the acid gas are separated and discharged, the carbon dioxide production process and the sulfur production process can be miniaturized and simplified after the acid gas is removed.
