abstract | The maximum value of the long diameter / short diameter ratio expressed by (long diameter of inclusions) / (short diameter of inclusions) for the inclusions having a long diameter of not less than 3.0 탆 in the section having the normal to the plate width direction of the high strength hot- A predetermined inclusion group composed of a plurality of inclusions having a long diameter of 3.0 탆 or more, and a total sum of lengths in the rolling direction per 1 mm 2 of the cross section of a predetermined inclusion inclusion having a length in the rolling direction of 30 탆 or more is 0.25 mm or less. The plurality of inclusions constituting the predetermined inclusion group are gathered at intervals of 50 mu m or less in both the rolling direction and the direction orthogonal thereto. The predetermined elongation inclusion has an interval of more than 50 mu m in at least either the rolling direction or the direction orthogonal thereto from all inclusions having a long diameter of not less than 3.0 mu m. |
