titleOfInvention | Animal Expression Vectors Carrying CSP-B 5' SAR Factor and Methods for Preparing Recombinant Proteins Using the Same |
abstract | (A) a 5'-SAR (Scaffold or Matrix Attachment Region) of Cytotoxic Serine Protease-B (CSP-B); (b) an operable promoter in animal cells; And (c) an expression vector for an animal cell comprising a polyadenylation sequence, and a method for producing a recombinant gene using the same. The vector of the present invention is a vector containing CSP-B 5 'SAR, which has an effect of overcoming the gene expression inhibition phenomenon depending on the location of a foreign gene introduced into an animal cell and greatly improving the expression rate of a target protein. The vector of the present invention effectively expresses a recombinant protein (e. G., EPO) or an antibody (e. G., Anti-HER2 antibody) for pharmaceuticals in animal cells. The vector of the present invention and the method for producing the recombinant protein using the vector of the present invention can be very useful for industrial mass production of pharmaceuticals. |
