abstract | According to the present invention, there is provided a process for the production of DHA comprising: a) converting an oil comprising DHA to a fatty acid; b) preparing a mixture of the fatty acid and ethanol obtained in the step a); c) adjusting the initial moisture content of the mixed liquid to 0-5 wt%; d) adding 2.5-10% by weight of enzyme to the mixed solution obtained in step c); e) injecting carbon dioxide into the reactor at a pressure of 2.8 to 13.8 MPa; f) reacting for 2 to 24 hours with stirring; g) slowly depressurizing carbon dioxide in the reactor and bringing the pressure down to atmospheric pressure to take up the reactant, a process for obtaining DHA-enriched fatty acids. |
