Discloses a transparent composite conductive oxide film which is produced by a chemical method of a sol-gel method and is composed of copper oxide (CuO) and zinc oxide doped with aluminum (AZO), wherein the molar ratio of CuO is 0.5 to 2.0 mol%. The composite transparent conductive oxide film according to the present invention is advantageous in that it can be formed using a sol-gel process which is simple and inexpensive to manufacture, and has excellent optical and electrical properties, and can be applied to various liquid crystal displays (LCDs) The present invention can be effectively applied to an electrode of a display device such as a plasma display panel, an organic light emitting device (OLED), and a solar cell. |
