titleOfInvention Pulse signal output circuit and shift register
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a pulse signal output circuit capable of operating stably and a shift register including the same. In the pulse signal output circuit of one aspect of the disclosed invention, the channel length of a transistor constituting a node connected to an output terminal is made larger than the channel length of a transistor functioning as an output terminal. As a result, leakage of the current from this node can be suppressed, and the potential can be held stably for a long time, thereby preventing malfunction of the pulse signal output circuit.
