titleOfInvention Methods to study resistance in MHC-II transgenic animals
abstract New methods for testing the immunogenicity of mutated antigens have been provided. In particular, methods are provided that are based on the use of transgenic animals, wherein the transgenic animals are resistant to a particular antigen and then exposed to variants of the antigens to determine immune responses. In one embodiment the transgenic animal is a mouse transfected with human MHC class II molecules and the immunogenicity of libraries of mutated antibodies is tested.n n n Immunogenic, antigen, antibody, transgenic, mouse, MHC, resistant
