titleOfInvention | Polyclonal Antibodies from Heterocapsa Triquettra for Detection of Squamous Algae in Ballast Water |
abstract | The present invention is heterocapsa triquetra ( Heterocapsa) for the detection of flakes in the ballast water triquetra ) Derived from alpha-tubulin polyclonal antibodies to (α-tubulin) and relates to a kit for detecting them dinoflagellates by, more specifically, heteroaryl kapsa tree Quebec trad (Heterocapsa according to the invention triquetra ) Polyclonal antibody against α-tubulin was found to specifically detect coarse algae, a marine microorganism causing red tide, up to about 100,000 cells, which is much lower than the ballast water treatment tolerance (1,000,000 cells). This can be usefully used as a kit for detecting coarse algae in ballast water. |
