titleOfInvention Analysis of large amounts of protein expression using liquid antigen-antibody reactions
abstract The present invention relates to a method for analyzing a large amount of protein expression using a liquid antigen-antibody reaction. More specifically, the antigen-antibody reaction is carried out in a complete liquid phase and combined with DNA microarray technology. The present invention relates to a method capable of detecting several kinds of proteins by reacting them simultaneously. According to the method of the present invention, the sensitivity and accuracy are higher than that of the conventional antigen-antibody reaction by the solid-liquid reaction by performing the antigen-antibody reaction in the liquid phase. And significantly reduce the analysis time.
