titleOfInvention Biodegradable antistatic multilayer sheet having excellent impact resistance and heat resistance and method of manufacturing the same
abstract The present invention relates to a biodegradable antistatic multilayer sheet having excellent impact resistance and heat resistance, and a method of manufacturing the same. The biodegradable antistatic multilayer sheet having excellent impact resistance and heat resistance according to the present invention includes polylactic acid as a main component. In the biodegradable multilayer sheet, the multilayer sheet is composed of a rubber-modified vinyl graft copolymer and a polylactic acid (PLA) in the (A) layer, which is an inner layer, and polymethylmethacrylate in the (B) layer, which is an outer layer. A biodegradable sheet of B / A / B structure composed of a mixture of one or more polymethyl methacrylates and polylactic acid selected from acrylate-based (PMMA) homopolymers or copolymers, and an antistatic coating solution is coated on one or both surfaces thereof. It is characterized in that formed in 0.01 to 1.0g / ㎡. The biodegradable antistatic multilayer sheet having excellent impact resistance and heat resistance of the present invention configured as described above is excellent as a polylactic acid biodegradable antistatic multilayer sheet containing polylactic acid as a main component and appropriately containing specific components therein. While maintaining the impact resistance and heat resistance, the conventional problem was solved by applying an antistatic coating liquid using a water solvent on the surface of the biodegradable multilayer sheet to retain the antistatic function.
