titleOfInvention | A H. genome comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding a H. ruS1 W4P mutant protein of HV and its use |
abstract | A HBV genome comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding a W4P preS1 variant protein of HBV, an expression system comprising the HBV genome, an HBV variant strain generated from the HBV genome, and a method for screening a candidate substance for treating HBV infection using the same are provided. . The HBV genome of the present invention induces the synthesis of envelope antigens and has high genome replication and virion generating ability, and is useful for screening candidate substances for treatment of HBV infection targeting hepatitis B virus, and for other HBV virion formation and replication. It can be useful as a tool for discovering the mechanism of inducing aggravation of related liver disease. |
