titleOfInvention | Polypeptides with Stem Cell Mobilization Activity |
abstract | The present invention relates to a self-assembled peptide in which hydrophilic and hydrophobic amino acids are sequentially linked, and a polypeptide having stem cell recruitment activity in which substance P (Substance P) is bound. By restoring harmless material as a material that is harmlessly decomposed after restoration, it exhibits stem cell mobilization activity, thereby enabling stem cells to be moved to a desired tissue or site in a non-invasive manner to achieve a therapeutic effect by stem cells. Polypeptides having a stem cell recruiting activity of the present invention are particularly effective in neovascularization and tissue regeneration, and thus diseases caused by vascular occlusion, especially lower limb ischemia, myocardial infarction, myocardial infarction, cerebrovascularization, and peripheral vascular disease. It can be used as a treatment for ischemic diseases. |
