abstract | The present invention provides a method comprising: (a) contacting a liquid potassium silicate (K 2 SiO 3 ) and a liquid potassium aluminate (Potassium aluminate, KAlO 2 ) independently of each other on both sides of a ceramic substrate; (b) a penetration step in which the liquid potassium silicate and the liquid potassium aluminate in contact with both surfaces of the substrate made of ceramic penetrate into the substrate from the surface of the substrate; (c) reacting potassium silicate and potassium aluminate infiltrated into the substrate to form amorphous crystals of potassium aluminosilicate; (d) a heating step of growing the crystals by heating the amorphous crystals of the potassium aluminosilicate; (e) a washing step of removing by-products other than amorphous potassium silicate silicate or residual unreacted potassium silicate and potassium aluminate produced in the substrate; And (f) relates to a method for producing a gas separation zeolite inorganic membrane having a pore size of 3 에 inside the substrate, characterized in that it comprises a drying step of removing the moisture contained in the substrate. |
