As a molded article made of a modified ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (C), the modified ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (C) is an epoxy compound having a double bond in an unmodified ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A). It is obtained by modification to (B), and the modification amount by the epoxy compound (B) which has a double bond is 0.1-10 mol% with respect to the monomeric unit of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol-type copolymer (A), and is modified ethylene-vinyl At least a part of the alcohol-based copolymer (C) is crosslinked, and the gel fraction of the molded article is 3% by weight or more. This provides a molded article that contains little harmful crosslinking agent and is excellent in hot water resistance, heat resistance and gas barrier properties. n n Modified ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymers, molded articles, double bonds, epoxy compounds, crosslinking, gel fractions, crosslinking agents, hot water resistance, heat resistance and gas barrier properties. |
