titleOfInvention | Food composition for preventing and improving bone-related diseases including silkworm-derived Dv protein |
abstract | The present invention relates to a food composition for the prevention and improvement of bone-related diseases containing silkworm-derived Dpp protein as an active ingredient. The present invention provides a food composition for preventing or ameliorating a bone-related disease comprising a silkworm-derived Dpp protein having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2 or the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 encoding the amino acid sequence. According to the present invention, there is provided a food composition for preventing and ameliorating a bone-related disease comprising a silkworm-derived Dpp protein which separates the Dpp gene from silkworms, thereby increasing osteoblast differentiation necessary for bone formation and inducing bone formation. do. |
