The present invention includes Ca 3 N 2 as an oxide and a calcium source of Si 3 N 4 , AlN, a rare earth metal element, and Ca x Si 12-mn Al m + n O n N 16-n : Re y (where Re is Is an activator and is an alpha sialon represented by at least one element selected from the group consisting of Eu, Ce, Tb, Yb, Sm, and Dy, and expressed as 0.3 ≦ m ≦ 1.0, 0.02 ≦ y ≦ 0.15, m = 2x + 3y) Mixing the raw powder according to the composition formula; And converting the calcium source into a Ca-Al-Si-N-based compound by heat-treating the raw material powder to provide a stabilization treatment method for the alpha sialon phosphor raw material powder. According to the present invention, it is possible to produce alpha sialon phosphors having reliable emission intensity regardless of weather, season and handling environment.
