titleOfInvention | Anti-cholesterol composition containing tyramine derivative derived from the phalanges |
abstract | The present invention relates to the anti-cholesterol efficacy of tyramine derivatives (CT, FT) derived from Lycii Cortex Radicis (LCR), a goji berry root shell, and the tyramine derivatives derived from the phalanges inhibit the activity of HMG-CoA reductase and ACAT. In addition, the LCR phenolic amide FT has the effect of inhibiting the enzyme at the level of FS ( N- feruloylserotonin) derived from safflower seeds, and the LCR extract containing phenolic amide is obtained even at low concentrations. Serotonin from safflower seed extract has a superior effect on reducing serum cholesterol levels |
