abstract | The present invention provides a cosmetic composition for protecting against UV rays comprising titania in the form of nanotubes. According to the present invention, the whitening of whitening phenomenon occurs when the skin is applied due to the high refractive index of the general inorganic sunscreen through the shape modification of the inorganic sunscreen, and the unpleasant feeling when using the skin due to the aggregation property of these inorganic sunscreens. It improves the compatibility and can give synergistic effect of UV protection through light stability. |
