abstract The present invention relates to a test socket for inspecting the electrical properties of the object under test. According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a test socket including a test subject insert having a seating part on which a test subject is placed, and a probe support part disposed below the test subject insert to support a probe, wherein the seating part of the test subject insert is mounted on the test subject. And an intermediate member having a metal conductive portion electrically connecting the contact with the probe, wherein the metal conductive portion of the intermediate member is formed in the buried portion filled in the through hole formed in the insulating substrate and in both surface regions around the through hole. It is characterized by including a conductive metal layer. According to the test socket of the present invention, it is possible to improve the life of the object insert and prevent contamination from the outside.
