abstract The present invention relates to an asphalt coating waterproofing material and a method for manufacturing the same, more specifically, primary modified asphalt 40 to 48% by weight, paraffin distillate 2 to 5% by weight, calcium carbonate 20 to 30% by weight, and dolomite 20 to 30% by weight. As a non-hardening asphalt coating waterproofing material composed of%, the primary modified asphalt is composed of straight asphalt, chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM), dioctyl terephthalate and polybutene, and the mixed weight ratio is straight asphalt: Chlorosulfonated polyethylene: Dioctyl terephthalate: Polybutene provides 15 to 30: 5 to 10: 10 to 20: 3 to 5 weight ratio, respectively, an asphalt coating waterproofing material and a method for producing the same.
