abstract |
The present invention relates to a cell-free dermal tissue graft from which the basement membrane layer has been removed, and more particularly, to remove the basement membrane layer from an existing acellular dermal tissue implant, thereby increasing the influx of fibroblasts after transplantation, and promoting neovascularization. By increasing the engraftment rate to the skin, the transplantation can be stabilized and the recovery date after transplantation can be shortened. |
