titleOfInvention DPP gel for tissue engineering
abstract The present invention relates to a composition for treating demineralized bone particle (DBP) gel and cartilage damage by inducing cartilage formation using demineralized bone particle (DBP) which is a suitable bioactive natural material. . When the composition for treating cartilage damage of the present invention is injected into the body, it has elasticity and durability so as to be very effective in shock absorption, which is a function of cartilage. In addition, it is not cytotoxic even when injected into the body, and does not dissolve by inflammatory reactions or toxic substances. DBP gel according to the present invention is simpler than the conventional manufacturing method, can maintain the gel form without adding other additives, and is easy to store. It is also more biocompatible than other materials because the cells are naturally biodegradable and absorbed by the body after growth is complete.
