Astaxanthin is excellent in its ability to synthesize astaxanthin, and thus, if the cells are used for photoinduction under autotrophic conditions in outdoor culture, more economical productivity of astaxanthin can be expected, and astaxanthin is a powerful antioxidant. It can be used in various fields such as medicine and food science. |
