The present invention relates to an amorphous negative electrode active material, a method of manufacturing an electrode using the same, and a lithium secondary battery including the same. The amorphous negative electrode active material according to the present invention includes an amorphous metal oxide, and the metal oxide is MO X (0 < X ≤ 3), wherein M is at least one of molybdenum (Mo) or vanadium (V), and reversible when the charging voltage proceeds to less than 1.0V against the reduction potential of lithium ions on a negative electrode basis. Its capacity is 500mAh / g or more. According to the present invention, by using the oxide and phosphorous oxide of the amorphous transition metal as a negative electrode active material, there is an advantage that can be implemented to increase the reactivity with lithium to increase the capacity, the speed characteristic and low reaction voltage. |
