abstract The present invention relates to a copper powder, a copper paste, and a method for producing a copper powder. The present invention provides a copper powder having a coarse structure of a cuprous oxide film on the surface of the copper particles, thereby preventing natural oxidation of the copper particles and enabling low temperature firing. It provides a useful effect that the conductivity can be improved.
