abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for producing a nanoparticle structure by focusing patterning of nanoparticles and to a nanoparticle structure obtained by the above method, wherein the method of the present invention first comprises a substrate having a micro / nano pattern formed with ions generated by corona discharge. After accumulating on the phase, the charged nanoparticles and ions generated by the spark discharge are directed to the micro / nano pattern of the substrate and focused onto the micro / nano pattern. According to this method of the present invention, a precise nanoparticle structure having a three-dimensional shape of a complicated structure can be efficiently produced. |
