abstract | The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for treating ischemic disease, comprising, as an active ingredient, a condition medium obtained by culturing adult stem cells three-dimensionally using a culture medium in a three-dimensional bioreactor. The conditioned medium according to the present invention has a very high concentration and content of angiogenesis-promoting factor compared to the conditioned medium obtained by the two-dimensional culture method, and thus can be usefully used for vascular regeneration of ischemic vascular disease. In addition, there are no animal-derived components, buffers, and indicator components used in conventional cell culture media or condition media, so they can be safely applied clinically, and can be effectively used in ischemic vascular diseases and the like even in small amounts. |
