abstract | The pulsatile flow generating device includes a liquid container in which a liquid can be accommodated, a plurality of rotational motion devices that work in conjunction with each other, and a microchannel supplied with liquid from the liquid container. As the plurality of rotary motion devices rotate, a periodically varying pressure difference is generated between the liquid container and the microchannel, so that a pulsation flow in the form of a wave function is realized in the microchannel. By applying the fluid head principle and controlling the rotation of the rotary motion device based on the Fourier cosine series, the device is simple and precise in structure and fabrication, which is not easily achieved by ordinary pumps. It is possible to implement a pulse wave in the form of a function. In particular, as well as adjusting the period and amplitude of the pulsating flow, various types of pulsating flow, such as square wave and triangular wave, can be realized, and the forwarding type and the forward and backward in situ ( Two types of driving (back-and-forth standing type) are also possible. |
