abstract | The present invention relates to a pH-sensitive drug-supported calcium carbonate composite nanoparticles, a method for preparing the same, and a drug delivery composition comprising the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a calcium carbonate composite nanoparticle composed of a calcium carbonate core and a polymer shell on which a drug is loaded. Calcium carbonate is not released in a stable state in the blood stream, and therefore, no drug is released in the calcium carbonate core, and it is dissolved at the acidic pH of endosomes / lysosomes in cancer tissues and cells after targeting and is supported by calcium carbonate dissolution. The present invention relates to a pH-sensitive drug-supported calcium carbonate composite nanoparticle capable of inducing release of a drug, a preparation method thereof, and a drug delivery composition comprising the same. |
