abstract The present invention relates to a noxious gas treatment apparatus using a nonmetallic dust collecting plate, and a noxious gas treating apparatus using the nonmetallic dust collecting plate of the present invention comprises: a chamber; A discharge unit ionizing harmful gas; Cooling unit for cooling the ionized harmful gas; A voltage installed on the cooling part and applied to the dust collecting plate such that a dust collecting plate coated with a protective layer of a non-metal material to prevent spark generation and fine particles contained in the harmful gas cooled from the cooling part are collected on the dust collecting plate. An electrostatic precipitating unit including an applying unit; A scrubber part disposed above the electrostatic precipitator to spray a cleaning solution toward the electrostatic precipitating unit, and to contact the cleaning liquid to process sulfur oxides (SOx), so that the cleaning solution flows uniformly to the electrostatic precipitating unit; And a storage tank communicating with a lower end of the chamber and storing the fine particles separated from the dust collecting plate, the sulfur oxide removed by the scrubber unit, and the cleaning liquid, wherein the electrostatic precipitating unit is configured to receive harmful gas cooled through the cooling unit. While being provided, it is characterized by improving the dust collection efficiency by applying a high voltage through the protective layer to prevent the spark generation. Therefore, according to the present invention, there is provided an apparatus for treating noxious gas using a non-metallic dust collecting plate capable of treating microparticles and sulfur oxides contained in the noxious gas with high efficiency.
