abstract The present invention incubates a certain amount of Artemia cysts, including dormant diapauzing cysts, in a hatching medium to incubate at least a portion of the cysts within a predetermined incubation period to release free-streaming nauplii. A method of incubating Artemia nauplii starting from the predetermined amount of Artemia cysts by incubating under conditions that may be used, wherein the cysts are treated with one or more-(OH) C = C. Incubation rate (%) of the incubated cyst by contact with a compound comprising a (OH) -structure to allow at least a certain number of the dormant cysts to stop dormant to produce free-streaming nauplii within the predetermined incubation period. ) From X% of the total number of complete cysts when the cysts were not in contact with the compound.
