abstract The present invention, cement, silica sand 5, silica sand 6, silica sand 7, silica fine powder, calcined lime (Ca (OH) 2 ), hemihydrate gypsum (CaSO 4 · ½H 2 0), calcined bauxite, pulp 5-15: 5 ~ 15: 10 ~ 20: 10 ~ 20: 20 ~ 35: 0.5 ~ 2: 1 ~ 3: 2 ~ 5: 10 ~ 20, and the mixture is compressed and molded into a panel form. The present invention relates to a compression molded double floorboard using pulp prepared by sequentially performing clave curing and a method of manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, not only the sound performance such as sound insulation and sound absorption, but also excellent fire resistance and thermal conductivity, and excellent structural stability.
