The present invention introduces a multilayer structure consisting of an adhesive layer containing an epoxy resin as a hardening part and an adhesive layer containing an acrylate-based resin as a hardening part, thereby minimizing self deformation in the panel through low temperature compression and shortening process time. It relates to an anisotropic conductive film with high connection resistance reliability. |
