titleOfInvention | Biomaterial analysis device comprising membrane based multiple tube |
abstract | The present invention relates to a biomaterial analysis device characterized by comprising a first tube and a second tube. The first tube comprises (i) an injection unit for injecting an analysis solution; (ii) a receiving unit which allows the injected analysis solution to stay for a predetermined time; (iii) a porous membrane which is formed at the bottom surface to be conjugated with a target material or in which a detection probe binding to a target material-conjugated probe is fixated; and (iv) a discharge unit with a single hole or multiple holes to enable the analysis solution to pass through the porous membrane. The second tube comprises: (i) an injection unit for injecting an analysis solution; (ii) a receiving unit in which a binding probe is conjugated to the target material and the injected analysis solution stays for a predetermined time; (iii) a porous layer which is formed on the surface and through which the analysis solution passes through; and (iv) a discharge unit with a single hole or multiple holes to allow the analysis solution to pass through the porous layer. |
