The present invention produces nanocapsules including phytoncide which is emulsified and dispersed in a silver nano-processed capsule-type polymer resin, and is mixed with wool, acrylic, poly, and rayon to weave the nanocapsules to improve adhesion. It is a tie wick having high fragrance resistance, durability, and laundry resistance by impregnating nanocapsules in a tie woven woven in multiple layers to form voids.
